Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Icognix Seller Network platform. Please read them carefully — they describe what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Icognix Seller Network (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.
5. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Affiliates may generate tracked links only for brands and products they have been approved for. Misrepresentation of products, brands, or sources of traffic may result in account termination and forfeiture of pending payouts.
6. Commissions and Payouts
Commissions are calculated based on data reported by the upstream network. Icognix Seller Network deducts a platform fee, displayed on your profile, before paying out the remainder to you. Payouts may be delayed or withheld for fraud review.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform and all of its content, features, and functionality are owned by Icognix Seller Network and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific earnings outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Icognix Seller Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
