Internet connection is down
Here the error message displays the warning that Internet connection is down. This happens when the router is unable to detect an active Internet connection from your cable or DSL connection. You can Log in to the Router interface to resolve the issue.
Router Not Found
This message occurs when you are logged in to your Wi-Fi account and it is unable to detect your router. To resolve this, follow the instructions from the Router Not Found window.
The router is not setup
This error occurs if you continue to click Retry after encountering Router not found message or after resetting your router. To resolve this, proceed to setup your router as stated in the prompt. Tick the box and then click Continue.
This error page appears due to many failed login attempts to your account. To resolve this issue you may wait for at least 2 hours before trying again.
Unexpected Error 2123
If you encounter this error, click OK and proceed to reset and reconfigure the router.
To resolve this error, reset the router to its factory defaults.
