Belkin router setup step by step guide:

Below mentioned are the steps to setup Belkin router manually

NOTE:  Images may vary depending on the router model or computer you are using.

Restart or Power cycling the modem and router
Step 1:
In order to power cycle the Belkin router, Unplug the modem and router from the power source.
Step 2:
After you power cycle Connect the Ethernet cable from the modem to the WAN or Internet port of the belkin router.

Step 3:
Power ON your modem first and wait for all lights to light up, then turn on your belkin router by plugging them back to the power source.
Manually setting up your Belkin router
Step 1:
After the power cycle Connect the computer to one of the Ethernet ports of the belkin router.

Step 2:
Open a web browser and enter the belkin router’s IP Address in the Address bar.

NOTE:  The default IP Address of Belkin routers is 192.168.2.1.

Step 3:
Click Login.

Step 4:
Leave the Password field blank and click Submit.

Step 5:
Under Internet WAN, click Connection Type.

Step 6:
Select your Connection Type, and click Next.

Step 7:
Enter the details provided by your ISP and click belkin-router-setup.

You should now be able to connect to the Internet.  To verify, Internet Status on the upper right corner should readConnected.
